02 / PAYMENT
Scan the QR and send confirmation.
Scan the QR code, transfer the correct amount and email your payment confirmation with your account email to support. Pro access is activated after the payment is confirmed.
03 / AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
Check your plan's end date.
View your expiry date and order history in your account. Plans do not renew automatically. Where applicable, invoice details can be provided before placing an order.
Refunds with clear conditions.
Under the current policy, you may request a full refund within 7 days if you have not substantially used Pro features. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, missing access and service errors are handled under the full policy. This is not an unconditional refund guarantee.

What to know about Flow.
Who is Flow for?
Vietnamese learners who want to build vocabulary, maintain independent study habits or practice for TOEIC and IELTS. Choose content that suits you instead of trying to learn everything at once.
Do I need an account to try it?
You can open the learning app and start with local learning tools. An account is needed for features such as sync; availability depends on the current configuration and plan.
Where is my progress stored?
Local progress is stored in your device's browser. Export backups to avoid losing progress when you clear browser data. With an account and an available sync service, progress can also be synced. See our privacy policy.
Are these official test questions?
No. Flow provides practice materials, not official tests or certificates. Flow does not guarantee score improvements and is not endorsed by testing organizations.
Is Flow a Claude product?
No. Từ Vựng Flow is an independent product, not a Claude or Anthropic website. This page does not claim membership in, or approval by, any startup program.
No. The current plan is a one-time payment for the duration shown in the pricing section. Any monthly equivalent is for reference only, not a monthly billing option. There is no automatic renewal.
Does Pro include unlimited AI or official band scoring?
No. AI Coach depends on service availability, requires an account and has usage limits. Its feedback supports learning, may be incorrect, and is not an official score or certificate. Do not buy Pro expecting unlimited AI.
Can I keep learning after Pro expires?
You can continue using local learning tools. Sync access depends on the plan policy at that time. Export a backup before switching devices or accounts; you should keep your own backup regardless of your plan's status.
What if I have paid but do not have Pro access?
Wait for confirmation, then check your account status. If it has not updated, contact support with your order code and account email. Do not share passwords or one-time codes, or pay again simply because access has not appeared.
Can I study entirely offline?
Flow is not a fully offline service. Some previously loaded interface elements and content may remain accessible. Videos, external resources, sign-in, sync, AI and payments require a connection. Load content in advance and keep backups.
Local learning stores progress in your browser. Sync saves a copy to your account when you are eligible. Account tools let you export data and request deletion. Sending content to AI requires separate consent; do not submit sensitive information.
